The warm space and lovely details have a circular secret: Almost all the materials used in Berlins Circular House are recycled from other sites. A new approach in the building industry, covered by a lot of media attention.

The upper gallery floor has a cosy feeling to it with several spaces to hide, make calls and have in promptu meetings. Warm wood, cushy sofas and lots of plants make the interior friendly; everything a proper modern coworking space needs.

The lovely spaces within the old beer brewery in Berlins trendy Neukölln district give space for a lot of NGOs, impact driven companies, green start-ups as well as freelancers and visitors. A place you will remember.

Working with recycled materials was challenging according to the architects. Visually it seems raw and powerful at first, but the delicate placement of wood and other warm and social elements make the space a joy to work in.
